It is no secret that I love to sponge. Here is my sponged heart that coordinates with Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack. Both may be seen on pages 16 and 17 of the 2016 Occasions catalog. Or, click here.

Big Shot Die Brush - if you do not have one of these, you will want to click here and get yourself one. It is fantastic!!
4 1/4" Pink ribbon from my stash ( this one is Pretty in Pink)
Lightly trace the outline of the large heart thinlit leaving a small margin around it onto the smallest Whisper White CS. Sponge within the outline beginning with the Pink Pirouette ink. Sponge Melon Mambo and Crumb Cake ink. Burnish all with Pink Pirouette ink. Let dry. Check to see that you like the color effect you have created. Sponge additional ink if you would like. Using the Big Shot with the Precision Base Plate, die cut the heart. Save the scrap for the flowers. Now use the most fantastic tool - the Big Shot Die Brush to remove all of the little pieces from the die.
Stamp 1 large and one small solid flower with Melon Mambo ink. Stamp 1 large and 2 small outline flowers with Melon Mambo ink. Also, stamp 1 large and 2 small solid flowers with Pink Pirouette ink. Die cut them out.
Stamp your sentiment onto the scrap of Pink Pirouette CS, cut into a banner.
To assemble your card, adhere Crumb Cake CS to the Whisper White card base, center Melon Mambo CS on top.
Adhere the heart onto the 3 3/4" x 5" Whisper White CS near the top. I recommend that you use the fine-tip glue pen and add glue to the larger flowers with just a tiny amount to some of the outer leaves to prevent bleed through glue.
Glue the DSP 1/8 " from the bottom. Add stamped banner on DSP. Position ribbon to cover seam that DSP makes. I like to use double sided tape to adhere ribbon behind the card stock.
Layer a smaller flower onto the 2 large flowers (see photo above). Add pearls in the center of the flowers.
You have a Valentine, or card for any special person. It works nicely for a birthday, get well, thinking of you, or friend card by changing the sentiment.
You can change the ink and background card stock colors to your favorites. Wouldn't Blackberry Bliss be a stunning addition to the pinks?
